Manager Payroll and Compliance (Indian)
Urgently looking for a Manager - Finance (Indian) for Noida 126.
Shift Timing: 2-11 PM.
Key Highlights:
- Should have hand on experience in handling end-to-end payroll processing.
- Full & Final Settlements, tax computations
- Payroll and Labour Compliances

Roles and Responsibilities:
The Manager (Indian Payroll) will manage the entire function of payroll end to end and will ensure all the statutory compliances including Labour compliances, Issuance of Form 16, TDS Return etc.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Coordinate with the payroll partner for finalization of payroll and full and final settlements of employees.
- Ensure timely deposit of TDS and TDS returns.
- Timely deposit of monthly compliances both payroll and labor compliances.
- Processing of Full and Final Settlements.
- Reconciliation of payroll costs with books of accounts.
Primary Skills: A good understanding on the entire payroll process including labor compliances, TDS, PF, ESIC etc, and issuance of Form 16 and TDS returns, etc.
