Job Position: Sr. Manager Payroll & ComplianceJob Location: Mumbai, AndheriResponsibilities:1. Manage the organization\'s payroll system, including processing payroll, preparing tax documents, and resolving any payroll-related issues2. Ensure HR compliance with relevant laws and regulations (labor law compliances)3. Monitor changes to payroll and HR compliance laws and regulations and ensure the organization\'s policies and procedures are up to date4. Develop and implement payroll and HR compliance training programs for employees5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including time and attendance, benefits, and tax information6. Coordinate with other departments, including finance and HR, to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and compliance-related tasks7. Provide excellent customer service to employees by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner8. Prepare and submit regular reports on payroll and HR compliance activities to management9. Manage the work of direct reports, including performance management, coaching, and development.Requirements:1. Degree in accounting, business, HR, or a related field2. 5+ years of experience in payroll and HR compliance, including experience managing a team3. Strong understanding of payroll and HR compliance laws and regulations4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills6. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy7. Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems8. Strong Excel implementation skills9. Strong work ethic
