DESCRIPTION Job summary The Amazon Corporate Security (ACS) team is searching for a Security Compliance Audit Specialist for its Prototype Security team. We value your passion to discover, invent, simplify and build. The key responsibilities of the role are conducting audits and inspections. This role will be responsible for physical audits of prototype devices, maintaining SLAs with our partner teams and providing the highest level of customer support globally. The other aspect of this role includes inspections and audits of manufacturing sites, distribution centers, transit lanes and additional third-party supplier locations where Amazon devices are manufactured, moved, stored and disposed. Security management system audits are carried out according to Amazon's internal standards. This position will monitor the compliance with contractual requirements, assess the effectiveness of the implementation, and provide general security support to the site security personnel at the vendor service providers. This role will interact with internal and external stakeholders and various partners on a regular basis. Key job responsibilities -Collaborate in the design of security solutions to mitigate risk of loss and leaks at our manufacturing and third-party locations. -Ensure audits and inspections are carried out to the Amazon's security standard. -To monitor and physically audit prototype devices across the globe. -Work with our partner teams to implement sustainable device audit solutions. -Maintaining KPIs for Supply Chain Security Audits and physical device audits. . Perform risk assessments for our contract manufacturing locations. -Carry out virtual/on-site audits and evaluate FATP/CM sites, distribution centers, transit lanes and additional third-party supplier locations. -Support Supply Chain Security initiatives such as secure shipping, secure destruction and supply chain mapping. -Conduct Supply Chain Security audits, including logistics and destruction vendors. -Collaborate in the creation of key performance indicators to monitor compliance at our third-parties and manufacturing locations. -Generate and issue audit reports and findings of irregularities, discrepancies and deviations from prescribed procedures in a timely manner -Identify opportunities for security improvement and other efficient utilization of resources to meet prototype security goals -Ensure corrective actions are closed out or completed -Support manufacturing location personnel with security issues and audits -Assist in ad-hoc prototype security projects and/or investigation BASIC QUALIFICATIONS . Proven experience and success in security, brand protection, intellectual property protection and/or audit management. . 3+ years of experience in a security field. . 3+ years supporting audit programs. . Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment. . Outstanding customer service, communication, and presentation skills. . Proficient in Microsoft Office. . Ability to work in an in-person office environment at the assigned office location. . Domestic Travel (35% of time) . International Travel (10%) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS . BA/BS in Criminal Justice, International Business, Security Management, or related security industry degree . Demonstrated maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills . Effective written and oral communication with multiple levels of leadership involving both business and technical sides of the business . Previous experience of manufacturing audits against international management systems, security, or Intellectual Property protection standards . Understanding of statistics and how data is used to inform policies and procedures . Experience supporting or running a regional program . Experience in multinational companies and/or international working experience. . Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment . Ability to dive deep into issues . Strong sense of ownership . Effective written and oral communication with multiple levels of leadership involving both business and technical sides of the business . CPP, CPI, CISM, or PMP Certification . TAPA Certified Auditor
