We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialsit In this role, you will:

• Managing the end to end accruals and billing primarily for UK and HK but not limited to it.
• MoM and vs. Forecast variance explains for the responsible Countries and Cost Types.
• HK B/S Substantiation and Cadency review and reconciliation.
• Periodic aged accruals review and discussions with service lines.
• Strong understanding of Direct cost to support ad hoc queries and reporting requirements.
• Collaboration with BM / Service lines for cost queries and periodic reviews.
• A strong understanding of our HSBC systems and data sources like TM1, Ledgers, Pioneer (MPP/OFC/TPS) as well as hands on excel.
• OSPD management and drive process improvements initiatives.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Experience with month-end cost close and reporting and ability to analyse and add \xe2\x80\x98so what\xe2\x80\x99 view

• Strong excel and communication skillset

• Pro-active approach to workload and able to use initiative to resolve issues

• Capability to drive change and improve existing processes to create new value add outcomes

• Proven ability to prioritise workload effectively in line with business priorities

• \xe2\x80\x98Can Do\xe2\x80\x99 attitude. Willing to turn a hand to whatever task is required
