Job Description

Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and support. Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions or services.

2. Sales & Business Development



Identify new business opportunities and generate leads. Present company products/services to potential clients. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales targets.

3. Account Management



Manage client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and timely deliverables. Monitor ongoing projects, orders, or campaigns for accuracy and quality. Handle account renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

4. Reporting & Documentation



Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account performance summaries. Maintain detailed CRM records and client documentation. Track sales pipelines and update management regularly.

5. Coordination with Internal Teams



Work closely with marketing, operations, finance, and support teams. Communicate client requirements effectively to internal departments. Ensure timely execution of client deliverables.

6. Financial Responsibilities



Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements. Ensure accurate billing and follow up on payments. Analyze sales metrics and market trends to support strategic decisions.

7. Market Research & Competitor Analysis



Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide insights to improve products, services, and sales strategies.

8. Customer Support & Issue Resolution



Address client complaints and resolve issues promptly. Ensure a positive client experience to build long-term loyalty.

9. Strategic Planning



Contribute to sales planning, goal setting, and business strategy development. Participate in periodic reviews and performance meetings.

10. Professional Development



Stay updated with sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry best practices. Attend workshops, trainings, and networking events.
