Accounts Receivable Officers
Job Description
Daily reporting to internal departments on bookings with payment still outstanding.
r Ensure payments are received in accordance with company policy for all pre-paid bookings.
r Receipting and allocating payments.
r Invoicing of all prepaid bookings.
r All requested transfers of monies between bookings are completed daily.
r Processing all credit card requests for prepaid and optional tour bookings.
r Collections of overdue accounts, ensuring that customers settle accounts within agreed trading terms.
r Effective handling of agent enquiries, ensuring all issues. are recorded, analysed and resolved to a mutual outcome daily.
r Generating inbound statements and invoices.
r Invoicing for advertising campaigns and brochures.
