Core Roles and Responsibilities:



Invoicing and Billing:

Generate and dispatch accurate, timely invoices and receipts to clients for services or products rendered, often using billing software.

Account Management:

Maintain and update customer records, including contact information, billing rates, and payment history.

Payment Collection:

Monitor, receive, and process incoming payments, as well as follow up with clients on overdue or outstanding balances.

Discrepancy Resolution:

Identify, investigate, and resolve any errors, disputes, or discrepancies in billing.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly billing reports and accounts receivable summaries for management.
