Job Title

Accounts Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and payroll.

Manage inventory accounting, costing, and reconciliation in trading and manufacturing processes.

Monitor and control expenses, production costs, and stock valuation.

Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports, budgets, and financial forecasts.

Handle taxation matters (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) and ensure statutory compliance.

Supervise bank transactions, fund flow management, and credit control.

Coordinate with auditors (statutory, internal, and tax) and ensure timely closure.

Develop financial strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and cost-effectiveness.

Lead and guide the accounts team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reports.

Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and external financial stakeholders.

Qualification

B.com / M.com / MBA / CA Intermediate

Experience

7-10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3-4 years in manufacturing company.
