What will you do?

- Lead and manage month end close process for all entities, including reviewing and/or preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, flux analyses, controls, and financial statements

- Collaborate with and manage third party outsourced accountants as applicable.

- Support the global monthly close process to ensure accurate and timely close, including consolidations and foreign currency accounting for international entities and global operations

- Own year-end statutory audits, and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards

- Support continuous improvement and scaling of our financial accounting processes, including implementation of systems and automation of workflows, to streamline and improve process over global close and internal reporting

- Be a liaison between Accounting and other cross-functional teams, and partner with tax consultants on timely tax filings and compliance.

- Contribute to other strategic projects and initiatives as needed.

- Highlights any risks sitting in the balance sheet to the stakeholders

- Provide inputs on the weekly/monthly cash flow forecast in conjunction with treasury

- Sharing of ad hoc data requests from capital sourcing & FP&A team

- Banking operations & reconciliations

- Rendering all the services required for smooth internal audit process

- Checking & Processing Payroll as per company policy.

- Ensuring timely reconciliation of Banks, Trade advances Term loan, Branches & vendors.

- Hands-on experience in Tally ERP, E-invoicing.l

What will you need?

- Chartered Accountant with 1-2 years of work experience.

- Well-versed with accounting and reporting practices in India & US.

- Prior experience with a big four in the statutory audit or financial diligence team is a must

- Experience with creating financial statements.

- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.

- Possesses strong interpersonal skills, due to multiple stakeholder management.
