Job Description
Qualification CA Minimum Experience 15 - Years Budget 25 -30LPA CTC Location Band Central : Thane -Dombivali Thane - Dadar Harbour : Panvel -Kurla ) Finalization of Corporate Accounts as per Accounting Standard (IND \xe2\x80\x93As) on quarterly basis with compliance of SEBI LODR & Stock Exchange. And coordinate with statutory Auditor and Internal Auditor for the same
- Raise finance for company as per requirement which includes Short term, Long
- To ensure various compliance of various bank & financial institution.
- To make ensure compliance of GST & Income Tax law and to coordinate with
- Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with
- Reviewing all formal finance, Accounts related procedures.
- Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the senior
- Monitor all Recovery target given by management and coordinate for and solve
- Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing
- Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the
- Day shift
- Master\'s (Preferred)
- Sr Manager Accounts: 10 years (Preferred)
- Real estate company: 10 years (Required)
- Qualified CA (Required)
