Job Description
Candidate should have total experience of atleast 7-10 Years in handling accounts. Should have experience of handling accounts in Real estate. Below are the responsibilities:
- E-Filling GST, VAT, TDS, TCS & Service Tax.
- Coordinating with company\xe2\x80\x99s Charted Accountant for Tax audits & Balance Sheet preparing.
- Coordinating with company\xe2\x80\x99s Charted Accountant & Advocates for all statutory liabilities, payments & cases as required.
- Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Managing of company\xe2\x80\x99s debit/Credit cards as well as director\xe2\x80\x99s.
- Managing petty cash transactions. Responsible for disbursement of Petty cash purchases.
- Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits i.e., Unsecured Loans & Loans and advances.
- Checking & supervising timely entries of Bills, Receipts & Payments in Tally software.
- Planning & coordination with management for making all payments as per schedule to all vendors, suppliers & dealers.
- Routine stock reconciliation for accounting purposes.
- Responsible for performing all other duties assigned from time to time.
