Job Description
- Accounts Head
Lead end-to-end accounting and finance operations for manufacturing setup
Finalize balance sheet, P&L, and statutory compliances independently
Manage costing, budgeting, MIS, audits, and internal controls
Handle greenfield project accounting (preferred) and system/process setup
Drive financial planning aligned with company growth objectives
Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and regulatory authorities
Ensure strong governance and timely reporting to management
Demonstrate leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
Preference for long-term stability; frequent job changes discouraged
Qualification: CA Inter / CMA / CS or equivalent technical background
