Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. As an Accountant you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis
Assist in audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed
Mis Report preparation, Gst, Tds, Return filing, Tally, finalization
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
