Act as the primary point of contact between the company and assigned clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the customer base.
Present, promote, and sell products or services to existing and prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to close deals.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
Track sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
Good knowledge of sales processes and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of accounting concepts, GST, and TDS is a plus.
Familiarity with Tally ERP is an added advantage.
