The Accounts Executive supports the finance department by maintaining financial records, handling day-to-day accounting operations, processing invoices and payments, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Record and maintain daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts).
Handle accounts payable and receivable entries and reconciliations.
Prepare and process vendor payments, guest billing, and staff reimbursements.
Assist in bank reconciliations and monthly closing procedures.
Support the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records and vouchers.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and accounting standards.
Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and information.
Monitor petty cash usage and reporting.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve billing or payment-related queries.
