The Accounts cum Purchase Assistant will handle day-to-day accounting functions, manage purchase-related activities, and maintain accurate financial and inventory records to support the smooth operations of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts:
Maintain daily cash, sales, and expense records.
Enter accounting transactions in accounting software.
Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
Assist in preparing monthly P&L statements and other financial reports.
Maintain records of petty cash and ensure timely settlements.
Support in statutory compliance such as GST, TDS, PF, and ESI documentation.
Purchasing:
Coordinate with kitchen and store staff to understand purchase requirements.
Source and compare quotations from suppliers to ensure cost efficiency.
Prepare and process purchase orders.
Maintain vendor records and track purchase invoices.
Ensure timely delivery of goods and verify quality & quantity upon receipt.
Assist in inventory management and stock reconciliation.
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in accounts and/or purchase, preferably in the restaurant/hospitality industry.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 6 days a week]
