Job Description

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals for all transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

Process vendor invoices, manage bills, and chase outstanding payments from clients.

Bank Reconciliation:

Reconcile bank statements and monitor transactions to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

Financial Reporting:

Assist senior accountants in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

Administrative Support:

Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, answering emails, and managing correspondence.

Payroll Support:

Assist with payroll processing by verifying employee information and deductions.

Compliance:

Ensure all financial activities comply with company policies, procedures, and accounting standards.
