Act as the main liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery.
Manage day-to-day customer requirements including RFQs, orders, forecasts, and delivery schedules.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and production milestones to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support product launches, change orders, and design for manufacturability (DFM) initiatives.
Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
Identify opportunities for account growth and lead upselling or cross-selling initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of account status, project updates, and customer communications using CRM systems.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Support the development of pricing models and quotations in collaboration with finance and cost engineering teams.
Understand customer industry trends, product lifecycles, and competitive positioning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in EMS, electronics, or contract manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes (PCB assembly, SMT, testing, supply chain, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
Ability to travel to customer sites and manufacturing locations as needed.
