Key Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Financial Analysis: \xe2\x97\x8f Assist in financial data collection, analysis, and reporting. \xe2\x97\x8f Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts. \xe2\x97\x8f Support budgeting and variance analysis processes. \xe2\x97\x8f Accounting Support: \xe2\x97\x8f Assist in general ledger maintenance and reconciliations. \xe2\x97\x8f Contribute to the month-end and year-end closing processes. \xe2\x97\x8f Participate in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. \xe2\x97\x8f Compliance and Reporting: \xe2\x97\x8f Ensure adherence to financial regulations and accounting standards. \xe2\x97\x8f Assist in preparing financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. \xe2\x97\x8f Assist in the preparation of tax returns and audits. \xe2\x97\x8f Financial Operations: \xe2\x97\x8f Assist in cash flow management and forecasting. \xe2\x97\x8f Participate in the assessment of financial risks and mitigation strategies. \xe2\x97\x8f Support financial decision-making through data analysis and research. \xe2\x97\x8f Process Improvement: \xe2\x97\x8f Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency. \xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance-related projects. \xe2\x97\x8f Contribute to the development and implementation of finance policies and procedures. \xe2\x97\x8f Qualifications: \xe2\x97\x8f MBA or Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. \xe2\x97\x8f Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \xe2\x97\x8f Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. \xe2\x97\x8f Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving financial practices. \xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of financial software or ERP systems is a plus.
