Accounts & Admin Executive:
As an Accounts & Admin Executive, you will be responsible for the below activities
related to branch in the location mentioned.
? Passing Journal Entries, preparation of Sales Invoices.
? Bank Reconciliation
? Inventory/FA Management
? Logistics
? Managing petty cash transactions
? Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process
? Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and
? procedures
? Prepare tax computations and returns -GST
? Accounts Payables and Receivables
? Branch Office Administration and operations work.
? Visits to Hospitals/bank as and when required.
? Preparation of E-way Bills.
? MIS reports
? Any other work as & when required
The skills you will need
? Sound knowledge in Experience in SAP, Nav Vision , Microsoft Dynamics,
Oracle, SAGE
? Sound knowledge of e-way bill and its preparations
? MS Office experience required including extensive Excel knowledge
You will also be interacting with internal and external clients relating to accounts and
finance matters of out-standings, credit/debit notes, deductions, etc
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
