Job Description

Under direct supervision, this position performs clerical and administrative duties related to basic accounting activities. This is an entry level position. . May be responsible for routine or basic data entry into accounting systems . May be required to perform duties such as mail distribution, copying, filing, scanning, and data entry . Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards . Plan, organize, and carry out assignments as directed . Adhere to and support Fluor\'s Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies . Effectively develop and apply the Core Skills to the job . Other duties as assigned Basic Job Requirements . No required education or directly related experience some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements . Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors . Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job . Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner Preferred Qualifications . High school diploma or global equivalent with preference for accounting education in a technical or advanced education environment . Basic interpersonal and communication skills .
