Under direct supervision, this position works on complex clerical functions related to accounting activities. . Use automated accounting systems to perform routine data collection, data input . May be required to perform duties such as mail distribution, copying, filing, and data entry . May interface with other groups inside and outside the organization, vendors, and project . Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards . Plan, organize, and carry out assignments as directed . Adhere to and support Fluor\'s Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies . Other duties as assigned Basic Job Requirements . A combination of education and directly related experience equal to two (2) years some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements . Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors . Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job . Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner Preferred Qualifications . High school diploma or global equivalent with preference for accounting education in a technical or advanced education environment . Some prior accounting experience . Strong interpersonal and communication skills .
