We are seeking a Manager - US GAAP to oversee and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. This role is based in Bangalore and requires expertise in accounting principles and practices, specifically US GAAP.

• Ensure compliance with US GAAP standards and reporting requirements.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial audits and reviews.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance on complex accounting issues and transactions.
