Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain general ledger accounts.
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
Conduct bank reconciliations and manage petty cash transactions.
Monitor budgets, prepare variance analysis, and support financial forecasting.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and assist with filings.
Support audits by providing documentation and financial data.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regarding financial matters.
Maintain proper documentation and records as per accounting standards.
Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CA Inter or M.Com preferred).
3-5 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory
