Job Description

Recording Transactions:

Logging daily financial activities, invoices, and payments.

Reconciliation:

Comparing bank statements with company records.

Reporting:

Preparing financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and budgets.

Accounts Payable/Receivable:

Managing money owed to and by the company.

Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to tax laws and financial regulations.

Auditing Support:

Gathering documents for internal or external audits.

Client Management:

Serving as the main point of contact, building relationships, and understanding client needs.

Sales & Growth:

Identifying opportunities, presenting products/services, and negotiating contracts.

Strategy:

Developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and retain clients.

Reporting:

Tracking account performance, metrics, and reporting to management.

Coordination:

Working with internal teams (e.g., creative, admin) to deliver client requests.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?33,090.56 per month
