Job Description

Financial Record-Keeping:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, books of accounts, and ledgers.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

Processing and managing invoices, receipts, and payments for both clients and vendors.

Expense Management:

Tracking company expenses, processing expense reports, and managing employee reimbursements.

Payroll Processing:

Assisting with and managing payroll processing and related documentation.

Bank Reconciliation:

Reconciling bank statements and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.

Financial Reporting:

Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

Office Administration:

Managing daily administrative tasks, including phone calls, emails, scheduling, and managing office supplies.

Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and assisting with internal and external audits.

Vendor & Client Communication:

Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and clients regarding billing and payments.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,291.44 - ₹25,972.18 per month
