Core Duties & Responsibilities

Financial Record Keeping:

Accurately recording all financial transactions (income, expenses, assets, liabilities) and maintaining ledgers and books.

Financial Reporting:

Preparing periodic financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement) for internal and external stakeholders.

Reconciliation:

Reconciling bank statements, accounts payable (A/P), and accounts receivable (A/R) to ensure accuracy.

Taxation:

Calculating taxes, preparing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with tax laws.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Creating budgets, forecasting financial performance, and monitoring spending.

Auditing & Compliance:

Auditing financial transactions, ensuring adherence to accounting standards (like GAAP/IFRS) and financial regulations.

Financial Analysis:

Analyzing financial data, identifying discrepancies, and providing insights to management for strategic decisions, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement.

System Management:

Maintaining and sometimes implementing accounting software and systems.
Specialized Roles

Financial Accountant:

Focuses on external reporting (stakeholders, investors).

Management Accountant:

Focuses on internal planning, budgeting, and decision-making.

Tax Accountant:

Specializes in tax laws, returns, and minimizing liabilities.

Forensic Accountant:

Investigates financial fraud.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
