Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with strong knowledge of

GST, TDS, Tally, and Advanced Excel

to manage day-to-day accounting activities, statutory compliances, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Indian taxation and capable of handling accounts independently.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts using

Tally

(entries, ledgers, vouchers, reconciliation). Prepare and file

GST returns

(GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2A/2B reconciliation). Handle

TDS compliance

including calculation, deduction, challans, and return filing (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.). Perform

bank reconciliations

, vendor reconciliations, and customer reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist in

finalization of accounts

and audit-related activities. Use

Advanced Excel

for data analysis, MIS reports, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial tracking. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Commerce (B.Com)

or equivalent; M.Com/CA Inter is a plus. Strong working knowledge of

GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards

. Hands-on experience with

Tally (ERP/Prime)

. Proficiency in

Advanced Excel

(formulas, pivot tables, reports). Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience

1-5 years

of relevant accounting experience (can be adjusted as needed).
Preferred Attributes

Experience in handling multiple clients or entities. Familiarity with income tax returns and compliance. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
