: The Job responsibilities are as following: Installation process of datacare at the store requiring to create master set ups, creating bar codes, vouchers, reports etc. Entering day to day work like sales, purchase, cash inward-outward, old gold jewellery receipt & melting issue, bar-coding of new stock and stock in trade or customer jewellery receipt or issue for repairing purposes in the system daily. Cross-verifying all the closing balances of bank, cash, old gold and stock in trade on daily basis. Managing customer loyalty programs, Jewellery Booking plans, Accounts payable and receivable. Stock management from inward via purchase to outward via sales, repairing or melting. Gram wise ledger maintaining of suppliers and craftsman. Managing GST and TDS returns every month and co-ordinating with CA to share data on monthly basis. Managing financial accounts such as cash management, bank management. Required work experience or skills: In accordance with the job responsibilities, required experience or skills are as following : Experience: The candidate should have successfully installed datacare formerly at any Jewellers show-room from creating masters to stabilising day to day operations with-in 3 months of installation. Moreover, should have understanding of generating reports as required from the software. Industrial know-how: The candidate is required to have know-how of industrial terminology such as fine, metal balance, wastage, types of stone, rodium, hall mark, making charges etc. Product knowledge: The candidate is required to have product knowledge of ornaments sold in the store such as chain, necklace, bangles, rings, bracelets and various designs available in them such as meenakari, antique, jadtar, CNC, veni, casting, hand-made, machine made. Process Knowledge: The candidate is required to have process knowledge of various operation cycles of product such as sales, purchase, daily opening and closing stock maintenance, old-gold receipt and issue for melting, fine gold issue and receipt from karigar after out-sourced manufacturing. Customer Handling: The candidate is required to have customer handling experience in past to understand the need of the customer and help him/her accordingly. The candidate should also have knowledge of jewellery booking plans, loyalty programs and gift cards given to customers in Jewellery store. Financial Accounting: The candidate is required to have technical know-how of GST, TDS and other business statutory requirements. Business reporting: The candidate is required to have understanding of reports required to be generated month on month basis such as product aging analysis , day wise sales distribution, loyalty program statement, Jewellery booking plan monthly report etc. Team player: Over and above all, should be a team player such that he/she can co-ordinate with other team members like salesman, order manager, purchase manager to get the correct information about the process. Correct information is the basis of right accounting practices. Learner: Installation of datacare will require the candidate to enhance his/her knowledge on continuing basis, as he will be faced with new process based challenges daily. Problem Solver: Creating masters set up of datacare will throw up new challenges every day, hence it is required of the candidate to have problem solving skills on the go and taking all other team members in confidence.
