TUD Spaces is an interior design and execution firm delivering end-to-end solutions for residential and commercial spaces. With multiple projects running simultaneously, we require a strong accounting system to ensure financial accuracy, cost control, and statutory compliance. We are looking for an experienced Accountant who can take ownership of the company's financial processes.

Job Summary

The Accountant will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, managing project-wise financial records, and ensuring timely compliance with statutory requirements. This role demands a hands-on professional who can independently manage accounts while coordinating closely with management, purchase, and project teams.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Independently manage day-to-day accounting operations Maintain books of accounts including ledgers, journals, and vouchers Handle client billing, milestone invoicing, and receipt tracking Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate collections Record purchase bills, expenses, and vendor payments Manage bank transactions, reconciliations, and cash flow statements Track project-wise costs, budgets, and profitability Ensure GST compliance including returns, reconciliations, and documentation Support TDS compliance and statutory filings Prepare monthly MIS, financial summaries, and management reports Coordinate with Chartered Accountants for audits and taxation matters Maintain proper financial documentation and internal controls

Skills & Competencies

Strong command over accounting principles and compliance Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar software Advanced MS Excel skills for reporting and analysis Ability to work independently with minimal supervision High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality Good coordination and communication skills

Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Finance or Commerce Prior experience in interior design, construction, or project-based companies preferred.
