- Must be proficient in ESIC & PF, Tally and MS Office
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must possess strong analytical skills
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Manage all aspects of the hotel\'s financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of all financial data
- Monitor and maintain inventory controls, ensuring proper recording and valuation
- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting to support effective financial planning
- Collaborate with the management team to analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Keep up-to-date with accounting laws and regulations to ensure compliance and advise management accordingly
- Day shift
- total work: 1 year (Preferred)
- PF and ESIC: 1 year (Preferred)
