Job Description

We are seeking a

Account Onboarding Specialist

to assist users in setting up the accounts on our website. The role requires

strong communication skills in English and basic accounting knowledge

to help users navigate the platform smoothly. This is a

shift-based role

, so

Key Responsibilities:

Guide new users through the

account registration

and

setup process

. Verify and input

customer details

accurately. Provide clear explanations of platform features and functionalities. Assist users with

basic accounting-related queries

during onboarding. Address and troubleshoot any issues faced during the

onboarding process

.

Document interactions

and provide feedback to improve onboarding procedures. Work closely with

support and product teams

to enhance the user experience.

Requirements:

Strong

communication skills

and ability to work in a team. Fluent in English (Read, Write and Speak).

Bachelor's or Master's degree

in Accounting Basic knowledge of accounting principles. Prior experience in

customer service or onboarding

is a plus. Comfortable working with online platforms and tools. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in

rotational shifts

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
