Job description:- Sales AccountingPurpose of Job:
Control over complete sales accounting (Order to Cash Process) i.e. processing / approval of sale orders, credit control, invoicing,
Bank / Cash Receipts, customer account reconciliation as per SOPs, preparation and filing of GST, TDS, TCS Returns and close
coordination with Logistics and Commercial Team.- Responsible for management / approval of Sales Orders on regular basis.
- Ensuring correct issuance of Sales Invoices / Debit Notes / Credit Notes.
- Responsible for accounting of all kind of Bank Receipts from customers.
- Manage customer account reconciliation and liaise with customers/Commercial team.
- Responsible for credit control management.
- Well versed with laws related to GST, TDS and TCS and having working knowledge of preparation and fling of GST, TDS and
TCS returns.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Coordination between cross functional team and corporate clients.
- Working knowledge of SAP and MS Excel; is must.Only those who can do Work from officeExperience - 7 to 8 YearsLocation - ChandigarhNotice period - 30 daysAge - 35Education - Mcom (First Division)/ICWABudget - 7 to 8 LPAFemales Preffered
