Manage and oversee the company's budget and financial planning. Supervise employees in the finance and accounting departments. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls. Liaise with external auditors and financial institutions. Handle the preparation and filing of accounting documents. Oversee the financial operations of the organization. Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements, reports, and forecasts. Develop and manage budgets, financial plans, and cost control strategies. Monitor company financial performance and identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements. Manage cash flow, banking operations, and fund allocation. Review and approve invoices, payments, and expense reports. Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Support management with financial insights for strategic decision-making. Implement financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets. Manage vendor payments, receivables, and payroll processing. Evaluate financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Oversee finance and accounts team members and ensure smooth operations.
