Job Tilte : Accounts Executive Key Responsibility Area: 1. Make Sales Invoice 2. Mail sales invoice and dispatch detail ( LR Copy ) to customers. 3. Sales and purchase entry in Tally 4. Bank receipt and payment entry. 5. Bank reconciliation. 6. Make sales order in Tally programmed. 7. Handle petty cash expenses for day-to-day requirement. 8. Do salary calculation and prepare salary sheet. 9. Generate Outstanding statement for debtors and creditors. 10. Send payment reminder mails and follow up with client. 11. Make supplier payment statement and receivable statement. 12. Do TDS calculation statement. 13. Do payment planning of all factory expenses. 14. GST basic understanding of return filing. 15. Generate required report from tally. Qualification: 1. B.COM Graduate, additional degree in Accounts and finance will be preferential. 2. Computer Knowledge Tally is must & Basic Knowledge of Ms office , Internet , PPT, Mailing.( computer course certificate or Practical experience count ) Quality: 1. Good basic accounting knowledge. 2. Basic knowledge about gst, Profit and loss & balance sheet 3. Good knowledge about Tally Software. 4. Good in communication. 5. Well versed with Internet & computer knowledge. 6. Independently do correspondence on mail. 7. Experience of 1 to 2 years. 8. GO Getter. 9. Ability to do proper accounting entry in tally. Salary : Rs.12,000 to Rs.15000 per month + Conveyance (if out of vasai coming ) Rs.1000.00 as conveyance Note : Salary will be depend upon his or her experience. NOTE : CANDIDATE FROM NAIGAON, VASAI, NALLASOPARA, VIRAR will be preferable. Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb912,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 per month Schedule:
