Key Responsibilities of an Account Executive (SMB - Mid-Market)

Identify, qualify, and close

new business opportunities

Manage the

end-to-end sales process

(discovery, demos, negotiation, closing) Sell to decision-makers such as

Founders, Managers, and Department Heads

Handle

moderate to high deal sizes

and recurring revenue contracts Meet and exceed

sales quotas and revenue targets

Collaborate with

SDRs, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams

Maintain accurate pipeline and customer data in the CRM
Skills Required

Strong

sales, negotiation, and communication skills

Experience in

B2B / SaaS / Technology sales

(preferred) Ability to understand customer pain points and present

value-based solutions

Comfort working in

fast-paced, target-driven environments


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month

Experience:

Sales Executive: 4 years (Preferred)
