Key Functional Area:
1. Accounting for Purchase. 2. Accounting for Sales. 3. Accounting for Fixed Assets. 4. General expenses Accounting. 5. Petty Cash handling & accounting for Petty Cash expenses. 6. Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements. 7. Ledger Scrutiny. 8. Filling and verification of payment vouchers. 9. Filing & maintain the accounting records. 10. Follow-up with vendors for invoices and do the payments to vendors as per AP cycle. 11. Accounts Payables & Receivables 12. Statutory Returns/Paper work 13. Creditors Reconciliation; MIS Reports 14. Prepare reports required for monthly profit & loss account. 15. Preparation data for payroll, PF, ESIC processing. 16. Preparation of data for TDS, GST returns. 17. Books finalization & assist Auditor in statutory audit. 18. Prepare documentation as per notice received from Government Authorities, also visit & submit the documents at respective offices as and when required.
