We are hiring an Account Executive for our client in the Apparel and Fashion Industry (Export house).
The company is a government recognized \xe2\x80\x9cStar Export House\xe2\x80\x9d of India which deals in Apparels, fashion accessories and home goods products. The company\xe2\x80\x99s clients include some of the largest global retailers in the world. We are looking for a competent Account Executive to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas \xc2\xb7 Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal \xc2\xb7 Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships \xc2\xb7 Present products to prospective clients \xc2\xb7 Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty \xc2\xb7 Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs \xc2\xb7 Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction and to maintain the company\xe2\x80\x99s reputation \xc2\xb7 Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data Requirements and skills: \xc2\xb7 Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles \xc2\xb7 Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships \xc2\xb7 Organizational and time-management skills \xc2\xb7 A business acumen \xc2\xb7 Enthusiastic and passionate \xc2\xb7 BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb940,000.00 per month Schedule:
