Job Description

Looking for a Full time Accounts Executive. Candidates must have a minimum experience of 1 year.He/ She must possess Accounts Handling, Accounts, Debtor-Creditor Management, Accounts / Tax Filings, Tally Accounting in skills.Qualifications/Skills Requirements:Experience: Minimum 1 years' experience in accounting/finance .
Accounting Software experience: Preferably Tally or equivalent.
Book keeping of accounting records, data and journal entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments etc.Upkeep of all accounting records in the accounting software of the company.Preparation and reconciling the bank statements, debtors / creditors statements etc.Recording company's sales invoices.Recording, reviewing and making payment of expenses of employees and vendors.Handling petty cash, preparing bills and receipts.Ensure the statutory compliances of GST, TDS, Professional tax and filing tax returns.Preparing reports of current financial status for presenting to management.Preparing and finalizing the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports of the company.Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.Maintain confidentiality and secure financial information by completing databases.Supporting the Internal and Statutory Audits of the companyJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per monthSchedule:
