1. Manage daily accounting transactions including accounts payable/receivable and ledger maintenance.
2. Process vendor bills, verify invoices, and ensure timely payments.
3. Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and general ledger balances.
4. Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
5. Monitor income and expenses across departments to ensure accuracy.
6. Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
7. Maintain petty cash records and staff reimbursements.
8. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., GST, TDS, etc.).
9. Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, F&B, etc.) for revenue tracking.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience in accounting; hotel industry experience preferred.
3. Knowledge of hotel accounting software (e.g., IDS, Opera, Tally, SAP, or Oracle).
4. Proficient in MS Excel and other office applications.
5. Good communication and time-management skills.
