Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Accounting & Financial Management

Maintain accurate books of accounts (Tally/ERP). Handle day-to-day accounting entries including purchase, sales, expenses, and inventory. Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, vendors, and customers. Oversee accounts payable and receivable cycles.

Statutory Compliance

Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory filings. Ensure compliance with taxation laws, audit requirements, and company policies. Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors.

Financial Reporting

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis. Provide financial insights for decision-making.

Inventory & Costing (Pharma/Ayurvedic Specific)

Monitor inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and valuation. Track cost of raw materials, formulations, and finished goods. Support in product costing, pricing, and profitability analysis.

Team & Coordination

Supervise junior accountants and accounts assistants. Coordinate with purchase, sales, and production departments. Liaise with banks, vendors, and government authorities when required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
