Client Relationship Management

Account Management

: Oversee client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services and resolving any issues.

Collaboration

: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, customer service) to align client needs with company offerings.

Reporting & Forecasting

: Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and forecast future sales trends.
Key Responsibilities

Prospecting

: Research and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.

Presentations & Demos

: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.

Negotiation

: Handle pricing discussions, contract terms, and close deals.

Follow-Up

: Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
