About the Company: Established in 1964, its a manufacturer and suppliers of mild steel drums and barrels. Types of drums it produces such as Lightweight drums, Epoxy coated drums and Open mouth drums or as per customer demands used for storage and transportation requirements for items such as - petroleum products, lubricating oils, chemicals & pharmaceutical products. Designation: Account Executive Reporting to: Account Manager Office Location: Nadarganj, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India Experience: Minimum 6 Months in accounting or finance Salary Range: UPTO 25,000 CTC per month Job Responsibilities Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company. Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including invoicing, expenses, and payments. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor budget variances and provide recommendations for cost control. Bank Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial transactions. Resolve discrepancies and report any irregularities promptly. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to streamline invoicing and payment processes. Financial Reporting: Generate periodic financial reports for management review. Prepare financial statements and support the audit process. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns. Work closely with external auditors during tax audits. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide insights for decision-making. Support the finance team in special projects and initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 6 Month of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficient in accounting software (Excel ) Strong understanding of financial principles and regulations.
