• Designation : Accountant Executive - Female
• Location : Thaltej,Ahmedabad
• Vacancies : 01
• Experience : 1 to 3 yrs
• Salary : Upto 2.4 LPA based upon the Interview
• Notice Period : Not more then 1 Month (Immediate Joiner is First Preferred)
• Note : Directly join office

Responsibilities :

• Manage all accounting transactions
• Prepare budget forecasts.
• Publish financial statements in time
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Prepare monthly return data (GST, TDS)
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Comply with financial policies and regulations
• To review & manage stock status weekly
• Follow-up for receivable & Payable report generate
• Preparing PI, & purchase order and sales order, Delivery Challan, acceptance along with checking payment mode
• Manage Freight cost etc. with store Incharge.
• Generate Inward, Outward & Nil reports.
• To check material stock on regular basis & preparing material requisition in excel sheet
• Follow-up for material dispatch

Requirements :

• Work experience as an Accountant
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Experience with Tally - ERP Prime
