Executive Finance & Accounts Must have experience in GST, TDS, TALLY, BANK RECONCILATION Requirement and Skills:

Minimum 3 years of Accounting Experience
Extensive knowledge of Indian GAAP
Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management and communication skills
Additional experience in Audit preferably with CA.
CA certification
Must have knowledge of VLookup, HLookup,Pivot table.

Duties

Creating detailed business plans to reach predetermined goals and quotas.
Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a potential client to securing a deal.
Prepare monthly GST Data and file GST
Generating invoices and challan in the company\'s software on a day-to-day basis
\xc2\xb7 Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
Record and maintain stock on a weekly basis
\xc2\xb7 Update accounts payable and performs reconciliations
Advising on how to reduce costs and increase profits
Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations
Keeping account books and systems up to date.
Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
Maintaining accurate financial records.
Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
Liaison with Govt. Department.
