Full \xe2\x80\x93 Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc \xe2\x80\x93 Handling day-to-day accounting \xe2\x80\x93 Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments \xe2\x80\x93 Handling all banking related works \xe2\x80\x93 Communicating with clients and vendors through phone calls or email \xe2\x80\x93 Making payments through various modes like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc and keeping track of them \xe2\x80\x93 Handling and filling GST is one of the key responsibility that should be included in account executive job description \xe2\x80\x93 Preparing profit and loss statements \xe2\x80\x93 Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities \xe2\x80\x93 Handling petty cash Job Type: Full-time Walk in Interview: Interview Venue: Plot No. 368, Near Hero Platinum Agency, Industrial Area, Phase 1, Chandigarh.
