Urgent hiring for Account Executive.
Location- Bengaluru
Experience- Minimum 3 Years in Account
Qualification- B.Com
Roles & Responsibilities:
Junior Accountant with 3+yrs exp, should be able to handle books of accounts & statutory compliances independently for a startup.

• Working Knowledge in MS Office (excel, word etc.) and Google sheets.
• Experience in Accounting Software like Zoho books, Tally Prime E ERP software will be added advantage.
• Handle compliances like GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, E-TDS.
• Prepare and post journal entries for expense booking and billings.
• Regular invoicing to customers and proper collection mapping and entry in books of accounts.
• Preparing bank reconciliation statement on weekly basis.
• Processing of employee reimbursements on monthly basis.
• Strictly following to the timely completion of the task and reporting if required need to stretch for on extra hours a day to accomplish.
• Initiate communication among the various stakeholders for new processes.
• Maintain financial security by adhering to internal controls and tax requirements.
• Reconcile discrepancies arising between the system and finance records, proactively seek for solution to identify and minimize the differences.
• Monitor fund requirement for day to day operations.
• Perform other related ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Should be able to manage the deliverables as Individual contributor.
