Job Role - This will include data management, back office, finances & administrative duties. Should have good communication & computer skills. Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in the company\'s accounting software. Prepare and reconcile bank statements and financial reports on a regular basis. Preparing Purchase, PO, Tax Invoice, Delivery Chalan Payment Receivable/Payable report and Reconciliation Support the front office by managing various administrative tasks, such as data entry, document management, and filing. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation. Preparing report of TDS, TSS, GST Bank related works (PBG, ABG), WC Policy, Employees Salary, Petty Cash Management, Company Profile: Aroma Specialty has been in the Water Treatment Industry business for more than 22 + years.
