We are Focused on minimizing energy cost by providing energy solution to the end user. Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. If you have a strong background in accounting, taxation, and auditing, along with proficiency in Tally and Excel, we\'d like to hear from you. Responsibilities: As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for a range of financial and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our financial operations. Your main responsibilities will include: Generate Delivery Orders: Prepare and manage delivery orders efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company policies. Eway Bills: Create and maintain Eway Bills for all relevant transactions, ensuring timely and accurate submission. Letters of Credit: Assist in the preparation and management of Letters of Credit, collaborating with the finance and sales teams as needed. GST Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to GST compliance regulations, including filing returns, maintaining records, and resolving any related issues. Client Coordination: Establish and maintain strong communication with clients to address their financial queries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service. Sales Team Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure accurate financial documentation for sales transactions. Accounting Expertise: Apply your in-depth knowledge of accounting principles to accurately record financial transactions and maintain updated financial records. Taxation: Stay up-to-date with tax regulations and assist in tax planning, preparation, and filing processes. Auditing: Assist in both internal and external auditing processes to ensure compliance and accuracy. Tally and Excel: Utilize your expertise in Tally and Excel to streamline financial data entry, reporting, and analysis. Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills : Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or service industry field. Proficiency in Tally and Excel is essential. Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and auditing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with clients and internal teams. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Knowledge of GST compliance regulations. Familiarity with the use of financial software and tools.
