At JLL, we put focus on our clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs, and we want you to do the same. You\xe2\x80\x99ll take charge of all programmes that we have for clients\xe2\x80\x99 properties in India. Be it site operations, contract, procurement, financial, or team management, you\xe2\x80\x99ll ensure our service delivery is at its best. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also be our clients\xe2\x80\x99 eye on all operational matters. Are you open to working with various teams across the board? In this role, you will promote seamless and competitive operations by collaborating with the top management and both local and offshore offices.

More importantly, you\xe2\x80\x99ll support various client-specific programmes such as technology launches, trainings and user experience initiatives. Being at the heart of operations management, you\xe2\x80\x99ll also oversee all key performance indicators in the region and make sure that the team is meeting our clients\xe2\x80\x99 requirements. Among your other mandates include system integrity audits, reports and presentations and overall account management.

The role acts as the single point of contact for the client team regarding operational activities and supports regional initiatives by driving consistent implementation and delivery. A key aspect of this role is engagement, interfacing with the JLL team, clients and service partners.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure the delivery of all operational requirements in accordance with the clients\xe2\x80\x99 scope of works
  • Support the implementation of operational procedures and performance measures to ensure simplification and accuracy of work methods, reliability of systems and consistency across the hub/countries
  • Work with the respective country leads and site teams to address specific operational issues
  • Drive initiatives such as user experience programs, JLL system roll-outs, training programs/workshops and other initiatives as appropriate, through coordinating implementation and consistency across the Region
  • Implement Client specific initiatives such technology roll-outs, benchmarking, best practices etc.
  • Actively work closely with the Finance, Engineering and Hospitality teams to ensure that all site financial operations are meeting or exceeding targets and financial processes as well as controls are adhered to at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with JLL and client Health, Safety, Environment and Risk Management policies and procedures
  • Ensure data integrity of all systems across the Region and perform audits from time to time
  • Oversee and monitor SLA/KPI performance across the sub region and support hub/countries to address issues and ensure they are meeting or exceeding target scores
  • Generate reports and conduct presentations as per the service delivery requirements and overall account management.

Ideal Experience

Do you have at least 13 to 15 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field? If so, we would be more than happy to work with you. At JLL, we\xe2\x80\x99ll let you fully demonstrate your expertise in property management, planning and organisational skills, and knack for addressing complex operational issues on a daily basis.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll face a wide range of clients and senior-level officers, so superior oral and written communication skills are essential. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also have proven track record of managing and resolving conflicts between client and firm requirements.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll demonstrate a proactive and professional approach to customer service and stakeholder engagement.
